What an amazing hotel! The building is a renovated old monastery. The location was perfect, as the hotel was close to the main train station. A bus station is basically in front of the hotel and a shop where you can buy the transport tickets is very close, too. The breakfast buffet was tasty, good coffee and service. The hotel has a green area inside where you can chill and walk around. All the staff we met (reception and restaurant) were happy, smiling, helpful and respectful.

Excellent location, very close to the Centre, but in a quite area. The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff was very professional, nice and helpful. Rooms don't come equipped with kettle, so we suggest requesting one in advance. We did and it worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good, as well as the restaurant. Nice plus are the free parking and being very pet friendly! Overall, we definitely recommend and would come back without hesitations.

Our room had a lovely view of Assisi. Breakfast was decent with some interesting pastries and breads. A great option if visiting by car.

Bus up to the top of Assisi and a very good, easy walk down to the Basilica, with lots to see on the way. Then bus back from there. Gaia was very friendly and helpful at both dinner and breakfast.
